Our Conceptual Design Package gives you complete clarity. We partner with specialized draftsmen to bring your ideas to life and establish a rock-solid roadmap for your home. What You Get: One-on-One Layout Consultation: A virtual or in-person evaluation of your existing space, structural walls, and utility layouts. 3D Conceptual Renderings: Photorealistic digital views of your new kitchen or bath layout so you can see exactly how it looks before a single wall comes down. The Preliminary Budget Blueprint: A detailed, line-item cost bracket mapping out real-world material and labor costs for your specific design. ⚠️ Scope Limiters & Disclaimers This package covers a single area up to 500 square feet. Renderings are conceptual design files for budgeting purposes and do not constitute stamped structural engineering or architectural blueprints for structural permit submissions. If you choose to build your project with us, 100% of this design fee is credited back directly into your main construction contract. Additional square footage may be added at an additional rate.
